Outlier is seeking skilled contributors to build and evaluate autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD per hour, with weekly payments and flexible hours.

You’ll help train and improve agent coordination, data parsing, and reporting across real-world projects. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration and can operate in live, non-mocked environments.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience with live, multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: experience with multi-stage coordination tasks.
