Job summary

ATL MarTech seeks engineers to design and build AI agents and automations that handle real marketing, sales and analytics tasks for client environments. You will connect agents to HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, BigQuery, Slack and CMS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.

You will write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure guardrails like least-privilege access and human approvals. Experience shipping LLM-powered features and tool calling is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automations that perform marketing, sales and analytics tasks for clients.
• Connect agents to CRM, analytics and content tools via APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
• Write test sets and re-run them after prompts or model updates.
• Implement guardrails with least-privilege access, human approvals, and action logs.
• Package reusable agents as Claude Skills and templates for catalog.
