Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle seeks a Staff Software Engineer to embed with the MarTech Engineering Team, building production AI agents for campaigns, content, social, ABM, and performance problems. You’ll work with marketing SMEs, ship pilots to production, and translate gaps into platform requirements.

You’ll design agent systems, integrate with marketing stacks, and own reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM-powered workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs and agent systems.
• Experience building and operating RAG and agent-based workflows.
• Ability to design scalable integrations with marketing systems (CRM, CMS, DAM, analytics).
• Proven ability to collaborate with non-technical SMEs and platform engineers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with marketing SMEs to design and ship production AI agents.
• Build and operate marketing AI agents that handle content, campaigns, and performance tasks.
• Design reusable primitives and libraries for agent workflows.
• Translate pilot gaps into platform requirements and drive reliability and cost efficiency.
• Define multi-agent orchestration patterns and ensure production-grade quality.
