Job summary

Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking an AI Advisor to assist our development team and the Nixon Peabody community in leveraging our AI infrastructure to deliver time-saving capabilities to attorneys and clients.

You will consult, teach, advise, test, and help drive success in our AI efforts, with the ability to write high-quality Python, work with APIs, and apply domain knowledge of the law. A remote work arrangement is available for this position.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in training AI models and writing prompts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; legal background preferred.
• Proven ability to work with lawyers and paralegals; strong Python scripting and API skills.

• Develop and implement AI training programs.
• Work with AI models using diverse datasets.
• Evaluate and optimize AI initiatives for accuracy and efficiency.
