Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in AI model training and prompts writing.
• Legal background preferred; experience with legal software is a plus.
• Strong programming skills, especially Python, and API work.
• Ability to collaborate with lawyers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI training programs for attorneys.
• Work with AI models on diverse datasets and monitor quality.
• Contribute to data hygiene and analysis for firm-wide AI efforts.
• Evaluate AI initiatives for accuracy and efficiency.
