Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a motivated AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join the UX/Adoption team within the Information & Digital function. You will help employees confidently adopt enterprise AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and related tools, through enablement, training, and change communications.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions, test configurations, and develop accessible learning resources to improve user experience and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience creating job aids, FAQs, quick starts, or internal guidance for digital tools.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement sessions (virtual or in-person).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI/M365 features and enablement needs; document findings and recommendations.
• Configure and support rollout readiness for AI-enabled solutions with governance expectations.
• Develop and maintain product content (FAQs, quick starts, guides, release notes).
• Create training content aligned to learner personas and job scenarios.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions in-person and online; adapt delivery to skill levels.
• Conduct user research and build persona and journey maps to identify friction points.
• Provide tiered end-user support and contribute to a scalable knowledge base.
• Analyze business needs and translate to adoption recommendations to improve outcomes.
