Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join the UX/Adoption team within Information & Digital. You’ll help employees adopt and effectively use enterprise AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and related tools, through enablement, training, and change communications.

You’ll work with business stakeholders, configure solutions with developers, and create accessible learning resources to drive scalable adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI tools and enterprise adoption enablement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI/M365 features and enablement needs with testing and workflow walkthroughs.
• Configure and support rollout readiness for AI-enabled solutions with templates and checklists.
• Develop and maintain product content (FAQs, quick starts, guides) for change communications.
• Create training content aligned to learner personas and job scenarios.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions in-person and online for varied audiences.
• Conduct user research and build personas and journey maps to identify friction points.
• Provide tiered end-user support and contribute to knowledge bases and playbooks.
• Analyze workflows and translate needs into adoption recommendations.
