Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join our UX/Adoption team within Information & Digital. You will help employees confidently adopt AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot and related tools, through hands-on testing, training, and change communications.

You will translate business needs into practical guidance and develop scalable enablement resources. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and governance teams to enable pilots, rollouts,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, ChatGPT, Claude.
Experience creating job aids, FAQs, quick starts, or internal guidance for digital tools.
Experience designing and delivering training or enablement sessions for varied audiences.
Familiarity with change management, communications planning, or learning design applied to technology adoption.
Working knowledge of user research or business analysis to understand workflows.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI/M365 features and enablement needs by performing handson testing, validation, and user workflow walkthroughs; document findings and recommendations.
Configure and support rollout readiness for AIenabled solutions (settings, templates, guidance, and operational checklists) in coordination with developers, solution owners, and governance expectations.
Develop and maintain product content (FAQs, quick starts, howto guides, release notes summaries, and internal "what's changing / why it matters") to support change communications and selfservice.
Create training content aligned to learner personas and job scenarios.
Deliver instructorled sessions in-person and online, including demos, office hours, and targeted enablement for roles/teams; adapting delivery to different skill levels.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) and build persona and journey maps to identify friction points and prioritize improvements.
Provide tiered enduser support (triage, troubleshooting, "how do I" guidance) and contribute to a scalable knowledge base and support playbooks.
Analyze business needs and workflows; translate into practical guidance, requirements, and adoption recommendations to improve outcomes and reduce rework
