Job summary

Bechtel seeks an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join our UX/Adoption team within Information & Digital. This role helps employees confidently adopt and effectively use enterprise AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related technologies, through a combination of implementation support, user enablement, training, and change communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years total experience.
Experience designing and delivering training or enablement sessions.
Experience with AI tools and enterprise platforms.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI/M365 features and enablement needs with hands-on testing and user walkthroughs.
Configure rollout readiness for AI-enabled solutions with guidance and checklists.
Develop product content (FAQs, quick starts, guides, release notes) for change communications.
Create training content aligned to learner personas and job scenarios.
Deliver instructor-led sessions in-person and online for varied audiences.
Conduct user research and build personas and journey maps to identify friction points.
Provide tiered end-user support and contribute to knowledge base and playbooks.
Translate business needs into adoption recommendations to improve outcomes.
