AGCO is seeking a Product Specialist to help customers and dealers maximize the value of our products and services. The role focuses on education, demonstrations, and building strong relationships across the dealer network.

Based in a remote-capable environment, you will train customers, coordinate events, and deliver exceptional service. A high school diploma with 5+ years in related roles is required, with a preference for agri-industry experience and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in agriculture.
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products in agriculture.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent in agriculture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 2+ years of sales in a dealer-based distribution channel; 1+ years in ag/industrial equipment; strong agronomy knowledge and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support customers and dealers to maximize product performance and experience.
• Educate customers and dealers on products, technology offerings, and services.
• Demonstrate products and coordinate customer visits to build relationships and qualify leads.
• Complete internal admin tasks to ensure robust metrics and reporting (Lead Gen, Training, Demonstrations).
• Coordinate and assist with clinics, farm shows, and dealer events.
