Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and prepare clients for interviews, assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Complete gpac training and all requirements
