Job summary

ICF is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Digital Modernization Division. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear backlog and ensure timely delivery across multi-team initiatives.

This remote role requires US work authorization and a commitment to government-standard practices. The candidate should have 5+ years in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager roles and be available to work US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
• US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position
• At least five years of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams
• Guide teams in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and actionable product backlog
• Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile values and practices
• Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and open communication within and across teams
• Assist in the discovery of new opportunities for team growth and development
• Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on organizational Agile maturity
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance related to Agile delivery
