Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment with at least 1 year in program or project coordination.
• Familiarity with managing cross-functional programs involving multiple agile teams.
• Experience with agile tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver large, complex agile programs while enforcing agile processes.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify dependencies and manage risks across teams and stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to teams and ensure tools are available.
• Prepare and present status reports and metrics to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
