Job summary
Ian Martin Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to support policy administration systems and related insurance tech products. The role partners with business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into development priorities and evolves into Product Owner responsibilities over time.

Qualifications
- Experience leading technology implementations, modernization initiatives, or enterprise platform upgrades.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into deliverable tech work.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Support a major version upgrade of a policy administration platform.
- Develop understanding of policy administration workflows and system integrations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development work with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery pace across teams.
- Use Jira to manage backlogs, stories, dependencies, and progress.
- Grow into Product Owner responsibilities for policy administration systems.
