Job summary

NASCO in the United States is seeking an Agile Delivery Leader to oversee cross-functional engineering teams and drive fast, predictable software delivery in a remote environment. You will champion Agile, DevOps, and disciplined SDLC practices while guiding estimation accuracy and productivity.

You will partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders, remove blockers, optimize backlogs, and present progress through executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery practices and SDLC.
• Strong DevOps and cloud delivery experience.
• Hands-on software development background to contribute technically.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies and removes blockers.
• Streamlines CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and releases.
• Monitors delivery metrics and improves team velocity.
• Optimizes team structures and delivery operating models.
• Reviews estimates and improves technical execution.
• Aligns backlog priorities with dependencies and risks.
• Communicates progress with dashboards and leadership updates.
• Promotes Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.
