• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from ceremonies.
• Guide Product Owners and Dev Teams in backlog clarity.

• Identify and remove impediments; shield teams from disruption.
• Foster a safe, trusting environment for collaboration.
• Leverage metrics for inspect-and-adapt improvements.
• Collaborate with Agile Center to boost team effectiveness.
