Job summary
Partner Company is seeking a Scrum Master based in the United States to guide Agile delivery for a large-scale government technology project. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote high-quality delivery with cross-functional teams in a CI/CD environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with large-scale software, data, and systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAFe and Kanban preferred.
- Experience with government projects or DoD is a plus.
- Ability to obtain government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across teams.
- Foster collaboration and transparency within CI/CD environments.
- Remove impediments and ensure timely delivery.
- Backlog management with Product Management.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align priorities.
- Mediate conflicts and improve processes.
- Capture outcomes from meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
