Job summary

Infor is seeking a Software Architect to own the Gen AI Platform's technical architecture, guiding scalable cloud-native solutions and product integrations. You will mix hands-on coding with technical leadership across engineering, governance, and product teams in Atlanta.

The role emphasizes defining target architectures for agentic services, evaluating designs, and ensuring security and observability as part of responsible AI practices. Collaboration across multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting distributed, cloud-native systems in production environments.
• Hands-on experience writing/reviewing code in an architecture or engineering role.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, AWS Kiro, Codex).

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for agentic services on AWS and front ends.
• Review designs, prototype approaches for complex platform needs.
• Establish standards for integrating agentic frameworks into production.
• Collaborate with AI Governance to ensure explainability and observability.
• Guide data flow, service boundaries, and security posture.
• Serve as technical escalation partner for platform risks.
• Collaborate across teams to support scalable Gen AI platform capabilities.
