Job summary

micro1 is seeking Agentic AI Experts to contribute remotely to projects advancing agentic AI workflows in technical environments. You will train next-generation AI systems and shape how models learn, reason, and perform through real-world input.

Responsibilities include using autonomous AI coding agents, planning and debugging code, and evaluating AI-generated outputs with clear rationale. Strong English communication and AI tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delegating multi-step technical tasks to AI systems.
• Strong prompt engineering and evaluation of AI outputs.
• Background in software engineering, DevOps, data science, ML engineering, or technical automation.
• Familiarity with agentic development environments and AI coding assistants.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; documenting workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize autonomous AI coding agents to execute and document complex software engineering workflows.
• Plan, implement, debug, and refactor code with AI agents, providing rationale and feedback.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for errors, hallucinations, and improvements.
• Compare outputs across AI systems and document reasoning quality.
• Draft best practices and documentation for AI agent workflows.
• Deliver feedback on agentic development environments and automation tools.
• Participate in practical exercises to demonstrate hands-on AI-powered tasks.
