Job summary

DataRobot seeks an AI Native Intern for a fully remote 6-month program embedded in engineering or product teams. You will tackle high-impact tasks, deliver meaningful outputs, and learn to build agentic AI solutions that automate processes.

Responsibilities include designing scalable AI workflows, using DataRobot AutoML/GenAI, and communicating progress weekly. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in CS/DS/statistics and have Python experience.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as CS, DS, statistics or engineering.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and data manipulation scripting.
Foundational ML concepts including supervised learning and model evaluation.
Interest in autonomous agents and practical AI systems.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to mixed audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate high-volume engineering processes.
Utilize the DataRobot platform's AutoML, GenAI, and MLOps tools to design and ship solutions.
Translate team pain points into well-scoped AI/ML problems with clear success criteria.
Work autonomously on defined deliverables with mentor support and weekly updates.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM teams to ensure reusable outcomes.
Document work thoroughly for handoff and future extension.
