BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer (Python) to design and build intelligent software systems guided by autonomous AI agents. You will connect advanced language models with workflows, enabling multi-step tasks and collaboration within intelligent networks to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software or AI Engineering.
Proven expertise in Python programming and AI applications.
Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.
