Break Through Tech is seeking a part-time LLM Red Teaming Coach to support up to 500 undergraduates in a new 16‑week program focused on ethical safety and security of large language models. Coaches will prepare, facilitate, and assess live virtual events, guiding fellows through prompts, tests, and portfolio work within a remote, college‑level setting.

Each Coach will mentor up to 50 fellows across four units, with asynchronous coursework and biweekly practice sessions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude for LLM red teaming through an exercise or portfolio.
• Experience with LLMs and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Commitment to ethical red teaming practices and safety.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience planning and facilitating live virtual events for undergraduates.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and facilitate live virtual events, build slides, and deliver reviews.
• Monitor fellows progress, provide feedback, and foster discussion in Discord.
• Assist with event planning, workshops, and maker days for up to 500 fellows.
