This role focuses on turning Voice of Agent feedback and data into prioritized initiatives that deepen agency relationships and grow Mercury's share of each independent agency's book of business.

You will collaborate with Sales, Experience, Product, Technology, and Underwriting; lead journey mapping, analyze impact on production and retention, and drive cross-functional programs from

• Experience designing agent-focused programs and improving the agent lifecycle.
• Ability to synthesize feedback into prioritized initiatives.
• Ability to influence executives without direct ownership.
• Strong project and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead VoA data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Analytics to link agent experience to business outcomes.
• Direct agent journey mapping across onboarding, quoting, servicing, and handoffs.
• Manage pilots and scale successful initiatives.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives with cross-functional teams.
