Job summary

Mercury Insurance Company is seeking a Product Manager, Agent Experience to drive agent-centric improvements across the independent agent lifecycle. You will translate VoA insights and operational data into prioritized, measurable initiatives that grow quote volume, retention and share of book.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Experience, Product, Technology, and Underwriting to design and test pilots, monitor outcomes, and scale successful solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in economics, math, statistics, finance, data science, psychology, business or similar.
• 5+ years in customer/agent experience design or related field; P+C insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• VoA data analysis: interpret survey results and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Share-of-Book & business impact analysis: connect agent experience metrics to outcomes like consideration, engagement and production.
• Lead agent journey mapping across onboarding, quoting, servicing, and communications.
• Manage and execute initiatives across Sales, Experience, Product, Technology, and Underwriting; pilot and scale successful solutions.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives with Sales leadership to improve agent relationships and share of wallet.
