AO Globe Life is seeking a remote, independent contractor to join a mission-driven team focused on helping families with supplemental benefits. You will interact with clients, enrolls them, and maintain ongoing relationships from anywhere in the United States.

Training and licensing guidance are provided; no prior insurance experience is required. Compensation is performance-based with weekly earnings, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, and an equity opportunity for qualifying members.

• Work authorization in the United States
• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
