Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking recent graduates for a fully remote, commission-based role focused on helping individuals enroll in supplemental benefits. You will work with a mission-driven team, conduct virtual consultations, and receive structured training and ongoing mentorship from anywhere in the U.S.

In this independent contractor opportunity, you’ll handle the enrollment process, stay compliant with licensing requirements, and grow with a defined career path.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
