• Prepares and submits agency applications for review by Regional Manager.
• Develops and maintains agency relationships.
• Reviews agents operations with emphasis on risk control.
• Instructs agency personnel in the use of company tools.
• Acts as a liaison between the company and agents.
• Plans and conducts educational seminars for agents.
• Prepares agency terminations or cancellations.
• Assists in development of promotional material.
• Supports office staff with direction and information.
