Job summary

Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is seeking an Agency Representative in Florida. You will develop and retain a quality Agent client base, administer marketing programs for prospective agents, and service existing customers while coordinating with regional management and counsel.

You will build relationships, pursue new business, and attend industry functions to stay visible in the market. Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 - 5 years of successful Title/Realestate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.
• Applies diplomacy and tact in all business interpersonal activities
• Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions.
• Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Responsibilities

• Develops and retains a quality Agent client base.
• Administers marketing program focusing on prospective agents and provides maintenance of existing customers.
• Agency Representatives interface with division/regional management and legal counsel on the appropriate management of agents.
• Agency representatives have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the customer relationship and servicing the customer’s needs throughout.
• Builds client relationships, secures new business from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Develops and executes a call plan for the area assigned to include calls and appointments with prospective agents.
• Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending title insurance industry functions.
