Job summary

iHealth Agents, in partnership with The Liberty Company, seeks an Agency Sales Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of its independent agent network. You will coach producers, manage production targets, and stay current on Medicare/ACA regulations while leveraging Zoho and quoting platforms.

This remote role offers a clear path to Sales Director as the agency scales, with strong support from leadership and a flexible schedule that centers on results and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the insurance industry with deep familiarity in Medicare and ACA / Under-65 markets.
• Active resident health/life insurance license in good standing in home state, willing to obtain nonresident licenses in 5+ states within 90 days.
• 2+ years personal production as an insurance agent with real policy sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Train and develop the team with group sessions and content libraries.
• Coach, motivate, and support producers with 1:1 coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive measurable team performance and report production targets monthly.
• Maintain proficiency with the iHealth CRM (Zoho) and quoting engines.
