The Liberty Company is hiring an Agency Sales Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and develop an independent agent network for Medicare and ACA products. You’ll source producers, guide appointments, and coach them through sales cycles while meeting production targets.

This player-coach role combines hands-on selling during peak periods with leadership duties, long-term career progression, and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the insurance industry with Medicare/ACA experience.
• Active health/life license in home state; multi-state licenses planned.
• 2+ years recruiting, onboarding, or training agents.
• Strong coaching and remote-work discipline.
• Proven ability to coach others to higher performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new independent agents across states.
• Coach, train, and develop the agent network for Medicare/ACA products.
• Lead weekly training on product knowledge and sales tactics.
• Manage performance through pipeline reviews and milestones.
• Own production targets and report progress to leadership.
