Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager - Aftermarket for our Holland, MI location. You will direct the Aftermarket Inside Sales function, coordinating with account managers, project teams, engineering, and supply chain to optimize quote-to-cash, forecast revenue, and drive growth.

A strong background in sales leadership within automation is essential, with a focus on customer engagement and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Epicor and Windchill, with advanced Excel.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Inside Sales Representatives to meet sales/service targets.
• Supervise ISR team performance, priorities, and staffing decisions.
• Manage daily workflow: inquiries, quotes, orders, follow-ups.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion and revenue growth.
• Ensure CRM utilization and data accuracy across processes.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling of aftermarket products.
