Job summary

RCC is seeking an after-hours Project Manager with knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, and Infrastructure. This full-time remote role will manage power-up and power-down events across data centers globally, coordinating resources and timelines.

Training will be provided over 3-6 months; weekend work is essential due to testing windows. Nights/weekends availability required. 2+ years PM/coordination experience preferred, with ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Manager or related management role.
• Willing to work nights and weekends due to after-hours project work.
• Experience with technology database systems.
• Some ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to schedule and run projects remotely.
• Coordination of resources and timelines across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resources for power events at multiple data centers worldwide.
• Set deadlines and communicate with client IT teams.
• Oversee power-ups and power-downs.
• Ensure client satisfaction through progress updates and service improvements.
• Work with RCC project team and client teams to deliver projects.
