Job summary

Royal Communications Consultants Inc. is seeking an after-hours Project Manager with knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, or IT Infrastructure. This full-time, 100% remote role includes 3–6 months of internal training and a long-term commitment.

The candidate will manage power-related events globally, coordinating resources across time zones and ensuring client satisfaction while working nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager or related technical management role.
• Willingness to pursue a long-term commitment given training intensity.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects are implemented and meetings held.
• Experience with technology database systems.
• Strong MS-Excel skills.
• ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to schedule and run projects remotely.
• Coordinate Lines of Business, resources and timelines.
• Some networking/IT infrastructure experience.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and with diverse cultures.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resources for power events at data centers worldwide.
• Set deadlines, oversee client platforms, and ensure client satisfaction and service improvements.
• Communicate with RCC project team and client IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee power-ups and power-downs at multiple sites, ensuring timely execution and safety.
