Job summary

The Ontario Trillium Foundation in Humble, Texas is seeking a Night Dispatch professional to manage dispatch operations, communicate with vendors, and handle emergency orders. • Maintaining good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Reporting Customer Gallons.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Placing standard and emergency orders
• Securing Vendors and Communicating with sales representative
• Dispatching local trucks
• Sorting and saving driver paperwork
• Receiving supply pricing
• Problem solving skills

• Maintaining repeat orders
• Reporting Customer Gallons
• Maintain Customer Portals
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
• Securing equipment as needed

Schedule

• 2/5 Rotating Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours Monday- Thursday will be 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM and Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM – 7:00AM.
