Care.com is seeking empathetic, solutions-oriented After Hours Care Specialists to support members via phone, email, and chat from a remote Dallas area location. You will help families navigate care solutions, corporate benefits, and crisis resources during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include handling inbound communication with professionalism, guiding members to mental health resources, verifying eligibility in the CRM, and meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in customer service or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication are required.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide members to mental health resources and crisis support.
• Verify member eligibility and document interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
