Job summary

Ashley Digital is seeking an autonomous Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our multi-brand performance partnerships across the US. You will manage onboarding, tracking, and analytics to drive revenue growth while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in affiliate or performance marketing, experience with Impact Radius or Rakuten LinkShare, and strong SQL/BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tracking scripts, link allocations, and partner accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end affiliate network operations and governance.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-quality content sites and partners.
• Monitor publisher activity for compliance and integrity of the program.
• Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, ROAS, and commissions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and Product teams to align incentives.
