Job summary

Ashley Digital is seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Manager to optimize and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns. You will drive ROI and sales growth using strategic keyword targeting, bid management, and campaign structuring.

You will leverage AMC insights, Pacvue automation, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver scalable media results across US and international marketplaces. Remote-friendly with US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Amazon advertising (DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• 2+ years experience using AMC for audience insights, attribution modeling, and multi-touch path analysis.
• Experience using Pacvue or similar platform to automate campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to attend in-person meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Amazon Sponsored Search across US and international marketplaces.
• Lead DSP execution across Amazon US and international marketplaces.
• Use AMC to define and activate high-value audiences across DSP and Sponsored Ads.
• Own AMC data ingestion and interpretation; collaborate with data team on ingestion and insights.
• Build scalable campaign structures with Pacvue and automation tools.
• Translate AMC/ad data into actionable dashboards and insights.
• Optimize ad creative and troubleshoot performance blockers with teams.
• Inform campaign strategy using Stackline, Helium 10, Brand Insights.
• Contribute to roadmap for scaling media mix and audience expansion using AMC findings.
• Track weekly performance and report ROI at multiple levels.
• Attend in-person Amazon QBR meetings.
