Staffing For Doctors seeks a vibrant Virtual Aesthetic Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator to manage front-office communications, patient engagement, and scheduling for a premier medical aesthetics practice.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, extensive patient texting (~20 calls/day), and Instagram DMs, using Aesthetic Records EHR and Nextiva/Lead AR for seamless communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience navigating Aesthetic Records EHR for scheduling and patient management.
• Excellent, accent-free spoken English with an upbeat, professional phone demeanor.
• Fast, accurate SMS texting and digital communication capabilities.
• Female candidate preferred per branding guidelines.
• Full availability for Tue–Fri (10:00–18:00) and Sat (12:00–18:00).
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with reliable internet and noise-cancelling headset.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and perform callbacks with a welcoming phone presence.
• Schedule and manage appointments in Aesthetic Records EHR; minimize gaps in provider calendars.
• Handle high-volume patient texting and social media inquiries; assist with light promotional content.
