The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace, 4–7 years in aerospace/defense, experience with SolidWorks, FEMAP/NASTRAN/LS-DYNA, Python; CATIA V5 preferred; strong communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 4–7 years of aerospace/defense experience.
• Experience with structural mechanics, dynamics, and physics-based modeling.
• Proficient in SolidWorks; familiarity with FEMAP/NASTRAN/LS-DYNA; Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering mechanics and physics-based analysis to evaluate system performance.
• Perform FE analyses and simulations to support design decisions.
• Assess strength, stiffness, fatigue life, and fracture resistance.
• Generate technical reports and present results to stakeholders.
• Support qualification, verification, and validation activities.
