Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of aerospace structural experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ANSYS, ABAQUS, and Siemens NX.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, dynamics, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural/stress analysis using hand calculations and FEA.
• Perform structural dynamic analysis including rotor dynamics and torsional systems.
• Collaborate with designers to optimize load paths for strength, weight, manufacturability.
• Analyze failure modes, support test programs, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support structural testing and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance on design concepts considering risk, cost, and performance.
• Compile stress analysis documentation to support release of drawings and documents.
• Support test execution and analyze results to verify design requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities and mentor team members.
