Job summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a talented FEA Engineer / CAE Analyst SR to perform structural analyses for vehicle development. The role involves building and validating FEA models, pre/post-processing, and scripting in Python to automate tasks.

Candidates should have 5–8 years in FEA/CAE and a bachelor’s in a related engineering field, with English proficiency for international collaboration. This is a full-time remote position with visa requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FEA/CAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Structural, Computer Science, Materials, or related fields.
• Intermediate-advanced English (B2–C1) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build, run and validate FEA models (structural, crash, durability, NVH depending on scope).
• Pre- and post-processing of simulation models.
• Automate recurring tasks through Python scripting.
• Report results and support design teams with recommendations.
