Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 12-month contract, remote in the United States. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of procurement experience, US citizenship, and strong communication. You will work 40 hours per week on a four-day, ten-hour shift schedule, with benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement/buying experience.
• US citizen required.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase components and services for operations.
• Analyze data to determine price objectives and feasibility.
• Monitor supplier performance and track orders.
• Review proposals, negotiate prices, select suppliers, and maintain records.
• Prepare RFPs and bid packages; negotiate subcontracts.
• Analyze supplier operations to ensure lowest cost with quality and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to leverage material acquisitions.
• Track price trends and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments; some travel may be required.
