Molex seeks a Sales Territory Manager to join the Aerospace Defense Solutions (ADS) Division. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand Molex's presence in aerospace, defense, and space markets within your remote territory in the United States.

The role emphasizes consultative selling and building long-term partnerships while delivering interconnect and electronics solutions.

Competenze

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or territory management.
• Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer negotiations.
• Experience working within a global, cross-functional organization.
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, and space industries applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow the sales funnel and opportunity pipeline for Aerospace Defense Solutions products within the assigned territory.
• Create and execute a strategic territory growth plan to expand market share and increase customer engagement.
• Serve as an Aerospace Defense Solutions subject matter expert, utilizing a consultative sales approach to demonstrate value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Molex Global Sales and Marketing teams to promote ADS products across multiple customer applications and markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer interactions, channel partners, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and solution-focused discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer, contact, and opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Gain a thorough understanding of customer applications, technical requirements, and business challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align customer requirements with Molex product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting, bookings projections, and budgeting activities.
