Job summary

Molex is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Aerospace Defense Solutions (ADS) Division. This role focuses on revenue growth, strategic relationships, and expanding Molex's presence across aerospace, defense, and space markets within the assigned territory.

The position offers remote work within Virginia and neighboring states, with travel up to 75%. You will work cross-functionally to align customer needs with Molex roadmaps, while forecasting and budgeting activities support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or territory management.
• Familiarity with value-based selling and customer negotiations; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the sales funnel and pipeline in the assigned territory.
• Create and execute a strategic territory growth plan to expand market share.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, using a consultative sales approach to solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to promote ADS products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Understand customer applications and business challenges to tailor solutions.
• Support forecasting, bookings projections, and budgeting activities.
