Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales by nurturing opportunity pipelines and pursuing high-value solutions for existing and new customers. The role is remote with a preference for candidates on the East Coast or near Grand Rapids, MI, requiring regular travel to key accounts.

You will coordinate with the Sales team, market ABT capabilities, and develop targeted plans to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in electronics industry.
• Military and Aerospace experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Amphenol Sales team to generate leads and represent ABT.
• Market ABT capabilities to diversify and expand the customer base.
• Research defense and aerospace market conditions for opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing plans and key account strategies.
• Deliver proposals and communicate ABT value-add capabilities to customers.
• Negotiate long-term agreements with key customers and programs.
