Trelleborg Sealing Solutions seeks an Aftermarket MRO Sales Engineer for the U.S. aerospace aftermarket.

You will drive revenue growth selling polymer-based seals, elastomers, and consumables to owner-operators, MROs, distributors, and brokers, while coordinating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. The role emphasizes technical and commercial interface, market feedback, and competitive pricing strategies to deliver value across the product lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 year college degree (Business or Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 3 year experience in sales or engineering related field.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to read technical prints/drawings.
• Knowledge of aerospace market is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO quality requirements is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in aerospace aftermarket.
• Develop projects with key target customers and manage cycle speed.
• Complete 10+ sales visits per month with CRM entry.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times to win orders.
• Provide market feedback to Global Aerospace teams.
• Build relationships with distribution partners and customers.
