SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role involves coordinating aerial inspection activities for O&M projects and will discuss location expectations during the interview.

You will review and schedule work orders, ensure QA/QC of aerial reports, and ensure timely delivery to field teams and clients. Collaboration with analysts and vendors is essential to optimize performance and reporting accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Must have operational knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related org.
• Minimum 1–3 years in an ERP/CMMS software platform.
• Minimum 1–3 years in the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating and performing activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR in conjunction with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables like construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning, and other ad hoc deliverables.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify and expand drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Completing other responsibilities as assigned
