The Aerial Survey Coordinator will support aerial inspection activities within Technical Resource, working remotely with location details discussed in interviews. The role emphasizes coordinating operations, QA/QC of vendor deliverables, and collaboration with field teams and clients to ensure timely reporting and data quality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years in ERP/CMMS software platform.
• 1–3 years in the PV solar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and corrective actions are scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools and provide feedback to analysts or aerial vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR maintenance in conjunction with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other relevant scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables like construction progress & quality monitoring, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection.
• Partner with the Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes improving technician efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
