Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of solar, storage, and substation services, seeks an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team remotely. You will manage aerial inspection work orders, QA/QC, and delivery timeliness while coordinating with field teams and vendors.

The role requires ERP/CMMS experience, PV solar knowledge, and strong communication skills. Remote work is discussed during interview; salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• 1–3 years of Application Administration experience in IT or related org.
• 1–3 years of ERP/CMMS software experience.
• 1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients on time, schedule corrective actions.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables like progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning.
• Partner with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings, travel and lodging as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
