The position is remote, with a focus on improving onboarding quality, accelerating time to value, and delivering thought leadership within the AI search domain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic client initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Ability to develop SOPs and deployment strategies as AI evolves.
• Proven track record of driving client retention and expansion.
• Excellent collaboration with Product, Operations, and Account Management.
• Remote role requires strong cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding strategy and client success lifecycle from kickoff to value realization.
• Lead continuous improvement of methodologies, SOPs, playbooks, and deployment strategies.
• Build scalable onboarding processes and documentation to reduce friction.
• Serve as internal AEO subject matter expert and coach teams accordingly.
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with leadership to advance the AEO vision.
• Track and report on client retention, time-to-value, and success metrics.
